    Shipping<\/h2>\n

    Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination. Our shipping prices are:
    \nDomestic: Free (delivery time 48-72 hours)
    \nEU countries: \u20ac12 (delivery time 3-7 working days)
    \nRest of the world: 39\u20ac (delivery time 4-14 working days)<\/p>\n

    Shipping will take place the following working day after the order is placed. We do not ship on bank holidays or weekends.<\/p>\n

    All deliveries outside the EU and to Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar may be subject to additional customs taxes and fees that should be paid by the customer. These taxes are calculated by the customs authorities. We have no control over these taxes and we can not estimate their cost, since customs policies and taxes vary from country to country.<\/p>\n

    It is a good idea to contact your local customs office to check the current taxes before you place your order so you avoid unexpected costs.<\/p>\n

    We make our best to include all the necessary paperwork and any other requirement local authorities might need to deliver the order. In order to do so, we might need some personal details (ID number, Passport or Driving License) for international deliveries.<\/p>\n

    Return policy<\/h2>\n

    According to Spanish law, products purchased online shall follow the same return policy and offer the same warranties and abide the same consumer rights as those bought offline. Please find to follow the return policies of products purchased in www.opticacaribou.com.<\/p>\n

    The reasons for returning an article are limited. In all cases, all products sold in this shop have been properly and adequately checked and inspected before shipping. We recommend to make sure the packaging is in good shape before signing off any delivery. If that is not the case, please DO NOT ACCEPT THE DELIVERY and contact Optica Caribou as soon as possible in order to notify the incident and find a quick and suitable solution, given that by signing off the delivery you are acknowledging that the parcel is in perfect conditions, therefore if it has suffered any damage, the freight company will not accept any complains and Optica Caribou might not accept the return of damaged goods.<\/p>\n

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you have 7 days since the delivery date to return it. Before returning the product, the customer must contact Optica Caribou in the aforementioned timeframe via email, phone or fax and will be instructed on how to proceed to return the product.<\/p>\n

    Any return with no prior communication will be rejected by Optica Caribou. In order to accept the return, the product as well as the packaging must be in perfect conditions, with no scratches or damaged packaging, together with all the documentation and accesories. The customer must pack the product properly, ensuring its safe shipment. Once the product is received and checked, the refund will be made via wire transfer.<\/p>\n

    Accepted reasons for returning products:<\/h3>\n

    \u2022 The delivered article does not correspond to the one in the order confirmation.
    \n\u2022 If for any reason the delivery time of your order is longer than stated, we will get in contact with you to inform you about the estimated time of delivery. Nevertheless, if the delay renders the order useless, we recomend you not to accept the delivery. This way return costs will be spared.
    \n\u2022 Shipping made to a wrong address. Only in this instance, return will be made at our expense.<\/p>\n

    Condition of returned articles to be accepted:<\/h3>\n

    \u2022 In order to accept a returned product, it is mandatory that it is sealed, in its original packaging and in the original condition.<\/p>\n

    Return of goods proccess:<\/h3>\n

    \u2022 In the event of the article must being returned, you must contact Optica Caribou via email: shop@opticacaribou.com or phoning +34 91 521 20 33, stating the order reference number and the reasons for the return.
    \n\u2022 After providing this information, you might send the article to the address you will receive and once the product is inspected and checked, you will receive the refund of the purchase price.
    \n\u2022 Costs related with returns or exchanges (basically shipping costs) will be paid by the customer.<\/p>\n

    Period for returns:<\/h3>\n

    \u2022 Spanish Retail Statuory Law establish a maximun period of 7 days from date of delivery to the customer. Past this period, no return will be accepted.<\/p>\n

    Optica Caribou will not be held responsible for delays in the delivery related to the bank’s approval.<\/p>\n

    Optica Caribou reserves the right of holding an order for security reasons. Customers will be notified. We also reserve the right to cancel an order when we can not verify shipping and\/or billing details. If this happens, we will notify you.<\/p>\n

    Purchase warranties<\/h3>\n

    Optica Caribou makes its best to show the colour and material of its products as accurately as possible. Nevertheless, these might be subjet to variations depending on the quality of your screen. For this reason, we can not guarantee that the colour shown in your screen will be an exact representation of the original.<\/p>\n
